Community Learning Center changes lives through literacy. Founded in 1987, CLC provides free adult basic education to low-income adults (18+) without high school diplomas and gives them a chance to earn GEDs, obtain family-sustaining jobs, enter job training programs, and attend college so they can improve their lives and the lives of their children. The mission of CLC is to help adults develop literacy, math, and life skills using a supportive and holistic approach, so that they can realize their fullest potential at home, in the workplace, and in the community.
