​Health Care Access’s (HCA) mission is to improve the health and quality of life in the greater Phoenixville area by helping the uninsured and underinsured overcome financial and cultural barriers to obtaining specialized health care. Maintaining great relationships with a network of healthcare providers in the area enables them to provide multiple types of preventive and emergency care assistance through their Dental, Vision, Mammogram and Prescription assistance programs.
