The Philadelphia Committee to End Homelessness (PCEH) was the recipient of the $111,000 project grant in 2009. With Impact100 funds, PCEH moved more than 100 people – 28 families, including 74 children – from shelters or unsafe housing, into homes of their own. The Impact grant helped PCEH launch a new partnership with Early HeadStart to identify families with preschool children who were living in untenable conditions.
