Philadelphia Orchard Project’s (POP) mission is to plant and support orchards throughout the city. Some of POP’s programs include planting neighborhood orchards with community groups, fruit gleaning and training students and local residents to become good stewards of their neighborhoods. POP has created partnerships with other West Philadelphia nonprofits and the Philadelphia Horticultural Society to expand their community footprint.
