Board Openings 2024-25
Vice President (1 position)
Embark on a rewarding one-year journey as Vice President, gaining on-the-job training to
assume the Board President role in year two. Be a vital part of board decisions, attend meetings
and retreats, and contribute 5+ hours weekly. Collaborate with all Board members and staff on
daily operations and special projects.
Membership Co-Chair (1 position)
Lead our marketing efforts as a Membership Co-Chair, focusing on member outreach,
retention, and the Founders Fellowship Program. Commit 5+ hours weekly, especially in the
busy months from September to November. Organize engaging Membership information
sessions, help set event goals for existing members, analyze membership trends and adapt
recruiting strategies, and welcome and engage new members with special programming.
Grants Co-Chairs (2 positions)
This critical role oversees our most important member engagement activity and leads the
charge in making impactful grant decisions. Devote 5+ hours weekly from December to June,
overseeing the grant process, training sessions, and supporting Focus Area Committees. Your
role includes managing software, working with the Financial Review Panel, and chairing the
Grants Planning Committee.
Communication Chair (1 position)
Craft positive narratives and steer Impact100’s digital presence as Communication Chair.
Collaborate with leaders, produce engaging content, and manage social media platforms. Your
commitment of 5+ hours weekly ensures effective communication with members and the
Nonprofit Liaison Co-Chair (1 position)
Build positive relationships with potential grant applicants and grantees As Nonprofit Liaison
Co-Chair. Oversee Grant Champions (Impact100 members who serve as liaisons to our
grantees), promote our grantees to our membership, and ensure successful completion of grant
terms. Your time commitment involves outreach, creating informational sessions, publicizing
opportunities, maintaining databases, and communicating with applicants.
