Impact100 Philadelphia, our collective giving non-profit organization, is sponsoring the fourth year of an innovative program called the Founders Fellowship. The purpose of the program is to encourage young women to learn about philanthropy and the critical issues that affect the Philadelphia region and to participate in the work of a collective giving grantmaking organization. Preference will be given to applicants who do not have the resources to independently join Impact100. We hope that you will help us spread the word about this exciting opportunity.
The Founders Fellowship is available to women, ages 25-35 who are interested in addressing the vital needs of our community through the collective giving grantmaking movement and who will bring a diverse perspective to Impact100’s process. Fellows are chosen through a competitive application process and enjoy membership in Impact100 without having to pay the annual membership fee. The Fellows will have the opportunity to evaluate grant proposals and award grants, attend education programs with top-notch speakers and collaborate with the other Fellows to develop this program. In addition, the Fellows will network with and be mentored by a diverse group of Impact100 members.
A description of the Founders Fellowship program criteria can be found here, and please find the application here (also linked below). Completed applications are due July 30, 2017 through electronic submission. Please share this information with young women who would be good candidates for this program and encourage them to apply for a fellowship. Questions about the program or the application can be sent to [email protected].
