Although we may want to bask in the glow of our June 3 Annual Meeting, when five organizations received core mission and general operating grants, Impact100 Philadelphia is already hard at work to make the next year bigger and better for our members and local nonprofit community. We are guided by our working Board of Directors, who blend organizational experience, fresh ideas, renewed commitment, and enthusiasm as leaders of Impact100 Philadelphia for the 2019-2020 grantmaking cycle.

Madge Rothenberg and Carolyn Ashburn will remain as Co-Presidents of the organization. Madge begins her third year as President. Carolyn is serving her second year in that capacity.

Our new Vice-Presidents are Monica Justice, a member since 2016, and Suzan Willcox, who joined Impact100 Philadelphia in 2012.

Pat Bonney will continue as Treasurer. She enters her fifth year of board service.

Jennifer Vollmer remains as Secretary of our organization, her position for the past four years. She will be assisted by Michelle Nguyen, who is a new board member. Michelle became a member of Impact100 Philadelphia in 2018 and is a Young Philanthropist.

Founder Mary Broach is rejoining the board as the Chair of Communications.

Renee Applegate and Toby Gang continue as the Co-Chairs of our Grants Committee. They have served on the board for one and two years respectively.

Tamara Banko continues for a third year as Co-Chair of Membership. She is joined by Kathy Schlesinger, who has served on the board for the past two years as Co-Chair of Communications.

Alice Hausman and Denise Horan are our new Co-Chairs of the Nonprofit Liaison Committee. They joined Impact100 Philadelphia in 2017 and 2015 respectively.

Eve Prensky Roe remains as Co-Chair of Programs for a third year. She is joined on the board by Nancy Gottlieb, who became an Impact100 Philadelphia member in 2012. Nancy has been instrumental in organizing our Annual Meeting for the past two years.

Founders Fellow Isabel Clark and Joanne Levy will build on the success of the inaugural year of the Young Philanthropist program and remain on the board.

Each woman on the Impact100 Philadelphia board works with committee members who wish to deepen their involvement with our organization. If you would like to learn more about how you can help, or if you are interested in leadership opportunities at Impact100 Philadelphia, please click HERE.
