The Board of Directors of Impact100 Philadelphia is currently accepting nominations for the following Director positions:

• Internal Grants Co-Chair
• Membership Co-Chair
• Vice President

You must be a member or plan to be a member of Impact100 Philadelphia in order to be eligible for a nomination.

The Impact100 Philadelphia Board of Directors can best be described as a working Board. There are no general members. Directors plan and execute the activities and programs of Impact100 with their respective committees and in collaboration with other Directors and Board leadership. Many Board positions are redundant by design, with Co-Chairs sharing responsibility for circumscribed activities. Commencing with the 2018-19 grant cycle, an additional Internal Grants position is being added to the Board to further support Impact100’s core mission of awarding grants.

The term for each position (with the exception of VP) is two years beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2020. Board meetings are held monthly in the evening, with the exception of July, August and December when the Board does not meet.

Candidates will be contacted in April, and the board will vote at its May meeting on a slate for these positions.  All Impact100 members are eligible for board nomination. Please consider being a part of our leadership team by nominating yourself or another member for one of these Board positions.  Serving on the Board provides a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas, learn, effect change and further our mission to support nonprofits in the Philadelphia region.
